Holden Brothers specialise in Fascia and Soffit, Gutters, Downpipes, Aluminium Standing Seam and Cladding installations. Gutters control the water that hits your roof, directing it into downpipes that moves water away from your house. As well as offering good ventilation for your attic, your fascia and soffits act as that final seal between the inside of your home and the external elements. Well installed fascia and soffit will help to protect the feet of your roof rafters from the external elements.
Holden Brothers install Seamless Aluminium, uPVC and Cast Aluminium and Extruded Aluminium Guttering and Downpipes. Aluminium Products are available in any RAL Colour. Standard PVC colours available are Black, White and Grey (7016). We also install Cast Iron Gutters and Downpipes. Cast Iron products are available in any RAL Colour or Mill finish.

We install Standing Seam Cladding, enhancing aesthetics and providing a weather tight joint above rainwater flow. Standing Seam is perfect choice for an exceptionally wide range of new build, refurbishment roofing and vertical façade applications. Standing Seam is available in variety of RAL Colours.
Insulation & Air Tightness
Holden Brothers offer Insulation services including Cavity Wall (CWI) and Roof Insulation, to reduce the heat loss in buildings. Well insulated buildings are energy efficient buildings.
Holden Brothers offers full Air Tightness solutions creating an air-tight shell around a building envelope preventing any unwanted air leaks or drafts. Airtight buildings are energy efficient buildings. We are SEAI and NSAI approved contractors.
RADON, Waterproofing & Tanking
Holden Brothers provide Professional installation of Radon barriers for new builds to protect the building from dangerous levels of radon gas to meet new building regulations. We offer a complete range of radon gas control systems. All joints are heat welded.
Holden Brothers offer Type A Waterproofing to achieve the desired grade of protection against water ingress in below-ground structures, such as Retaining walls, Basements, Lift Shafts etc.
